i have had my mp3 player for a month,it was working well,and all of a sudden the screen went white! but it still plays music,does anyone have any suggestions?...id appreciate it

Hi everyone.I got a pmp 4g u2 version form china.the pmp works,but i cant load the software on the pc...it loads it half way and then,stops and asks me for another file on telbook watever that...
