I think nothing wrong with you MP4 file..you just have to use the right software to convert video...try to find the software here

I've been searching firmware for my MP4 for 2 weeks..
Just now i found a website that has ANYKA firmware....but the major problem is the language is in Russian,impossible for me to log in and...

I'm new in here...i bought anyka mp4 and now i cannot find any compatible firmware..my mp4 is Anyka chip with 2,4" horizontal..2GB..camera 2.0mp..FM radio..here is my mp4 description..
