need driver software
ok my pc detects my dead mp4 and its detecks its as a unknown devicce so when i update it to da driver da DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE said it shows a exclamation mark in device manager plz help

all i c is 2 black chips and one says samsung 649 and more under it and the other says atj2091h and numbers n letters under it

i used the dead player recovery guide and im half way there i just need to know what firmware my mp4 or da 1 i need is bcuz the screen doesnt come on but i can plug it up to the pc
