Nope, still a white screen. I guess I'll just keep trying different firmwares with this new program and if nothing works it will sit in the bottom of a drawer.

That one gives me a white screen also. My CD came...

That one gives me a white screen also. My CD came with no consumer update but did come with MP3 player utilities but that does not restore firmware for rockchip flash.

Could I be using the wrong...

Hey, I have a Rockchip player exactly like this one:

It randomly showed up a white screen after leaving it on the USB...
