yess ...i have formattted it after upgrading to the 3.5.35 firmware that u had put up in the firmware forum....now its working as a flash disk...and i guess i can atleast use it as a portable storage...

No sir...when i do that it says.....that the disk is write protected....im in a fix...dont know what to do reallly....or how can i even reach the first step of the recovery guide???anytjing that...

okay i have somhow re shorted the circuit....and mp3 upgrade tool is started ...and again now i tried upgrading a firmware....so it got upgraded and again got detected in the explorer....but same...
