I have similar issue with my MP4 player. I believe that those Ipod clone MP3/MP4 players are compatible with USB hub. You have to plug it directly tp PC USB port.

Hi Tada1, Thanks for your help, I can download the MP3 disk tool and was able to format my player. After format, It went from 4GB player to 1GB player.
But I still get "black-out" problem. It plays...

Hi Gkoz, Thanks for your help. I can download the MP3 disk tool and was able to format my player. It went from 4GB to 1GB player.
