Also I tried hooking it up to the computer with the same result--the hour glass comes on and flashes and it won't go any further than that. I am so frustrated because it worked when I got it!!

I tried switching it on and holding down the play button, didn't work. When I switch it on, an hour glass comes on and the screen starts to flash, if I leave it, the hour glass just stays on. I'm...
