In my case the tool s1clone doesn't work. When the process starts, the tool begins the work, disconnects and reconnects the device but it gets stuck...
unfortunately my player is not under warranty...

I wrote the serial number of my player in the first post... It's different from your player, I have a hinix memory and board VER 3.0.
If your player has the same bug as mine, we can exclude that...

I'd like to erase the ATJ chip but with Tools 4.19 the "erase flash" button remains unclickable even if the device is found. The other functions are working!
