hey guys! i think we have the same mp4 player, my problem is that my computer doesnt recognize or detect my player.. any advice? btw, my player is working fine, major problem is i can't add any files...

ok here's the update on my player... it's on it's way on being playable again. i just need the right firmware. it's being recognized by my pc as a removable device, but my screen is blank and black.....
