You could search for your firmware on s1mp3.org. ...

You could search for your firmware on s1mp3.org.
They have a good collection of it.
You'll need to flash your mp4 player with that firmware.
And yes you can change the display and themes etc.

to check chip model you need to open up your mp4player and look for a 40pin chip. usually its on the exact opposite to your screen.

to remove the virus just do a complete format in command mode.

how can we write fw files on a player in adfu recovery mode?
My mp3 player says error cannot access firmware, device is in recovery mode..
