i pressed the upgrade firmwire in the settings menu of my mp4. my mp4 is a 1.2 inch ipod look alike

i accidentaly pressed the firmwire upgrade before and when i try to press the delete and local folder in the menu of my player it suddenly turns off?

i uploaded my first videos before
my computer can detect my player before
i tried plugging it to another port but wont work
