Even if i wiggle around with the earphone connection, the noise is still there.
Are you saying that even if the volume is put to 0, no noise should be heard at all? cuz if that is the case, then my...

hi, thanks for the quick reply. yes, i have tried different pairs of earphones, but the noise is still there...i guess i should return this for a new player.
