Sort of figured that was the case. I did check the formatting and it's FAT32.

I've attached 3 photos. 1 to show what the main screen looks like, 1 to show it in off mode (better view of the case)...

Thanks for the info. I typically do a soft shut down. Then, if I plan to not use the player for a while, I'll use the switch to shut it off. Good point about saving the settings.
