BTW, i wouls know if it is possible to find a tool that would recover or redo the MBR as it has be written but i think it'll be difficult to find sucha tool... :/

This tiny tool is amazing and free!
BTW, tested against my fake 4GB that is a 512 Mb Ram and here are results...

Before following the above advice, it was stating 474 MB, after the use...

I got a 4GB mp3/4 player ipod clone...
It used to work fine unless i reformat it under win2000 Sp4 with FAT32...

Now my 4GB ipod clone is seen as 474 MB !!!
does anyone has laready...
