Need firmware for Anyka MP4 player 256 Mb

I really need your help... :cry:
I tried several differents firmware for my (chineese fake Ipod) dead player. I didn't find the good one...

In fact, mine was announced with 512 Mb, but it was a fake memory.... pfff
I formtted, and there was only 256 mb... So i opened it, and i saw...

I tried differents firmwares... Even a newman as you said it could work... But still nothing.
Once i have copied the bin files, i reset my mp4, and i have a blue screen with the message : "software...
