does anyone know this mp4 firmwire please ?

I tried that , but I can't watch videos converted in converting utility 4.0
becuse I get format error
any ideas?
I am using converting utility Tool 3.57

hello all!
after updating firmwire in 1.8" player at first i couldn't view videos , i installed a 3.68 converting utility and was able to watch vidoes but not on full screen , i tried to change...
