i already use that software.. i uploaded that firmware but it doesn't have any button function on the system key tab... is there another way?...

firmware problem

how to repair this mp4 player.... plz help
i accidentally installed a wrong f/w and the result is it only got a white background(light on lcd). then i tried to install a firmware that i have downloaded. but the problem got worse... my pc...
