OK, yes it is a MP680, the player can play amv videos and has support for ogg, it has a flash memory of 512MB and a FM radio included.

I don't know the name, but Fussion Acustic (http://fussionweb.com/2005/index.php) was selling it, now they have the model MP4-9000 http://i29.tinypic.com/9s748l.jpg.
