Hmm.... perhaps they all come from the same...
Hmm.... perhaps they all come from the same source ... perhaps related to photo display? or they may have even had cameras (!!!!).
I noticed ONLY actions 3.0.0.x are b/w, all the later 3.x and 9.x...

I think more likely you have a hacked player that shows up as higher capacity that in really is and the video is in the non-existent part of storage....

I would argue the sellers are not at fault. They have been given incorrect descriptions by manafacturers in china, who have deliberately loaded the players with hacked software (or corrupted the file...
