Well Paypal will arrange a full money return.... When I send it back to them registered post at my expense. Also they seller has to say it arrived in the same condition.

Bought a player advertised as "NEW 3.0" 16GB MP3 MP4 Touch Screen OGG RMVB Player N" by Nan_Store on ebay 11th Dec. Arrived 4th Jan and at first I thought it was all working fine, left good feedback....
