Everyone has really been helpful - but nothing has worked - I have given up and returned the item back to UGOOLE which they requested because I had also complained about it being only 960MB and not...

This player is sold as a 4GB but really only 1GB - I need firmware for it - has a 1.5" screen with speakers either side at the bottom. UGOOLE have sold thousands of these around the world so I'm sure...

I bought the same one a fake 4GB, I also need the firmware for it - I have sent a message to the Ebay Seller UGOOLE and if I get the firmware I will let you know.
