1) I feel 10€ is not enough considering the money they sell by cheating 1GB to all those buyers.

A very simple tip, yet it may help you. Have you tried formatting your player first? From what I've read, it may be that your mp3 came hacked to show a fake storage capacity, thus inducing to errors...

NEWCOMDIGI sells 2GB hacked mp3 players which turn out to be 1GB.

I hope his potential customers read this before paying a single dollar for his fake merchandise. :evil:
