I cannot believe this!!!! It was October-November that I bought the player and had all my issues with this guy, and "resolved" them (I.e. he refunded $15, and left negf feedback for each other)...and...

Yeah, that's exactly what I thought, too...but I had the dates all worked-out, so if I hadn't received the player by a certain date, I was filing - unfortunately, that will not cover me if the player...
