wow.. i really hate my mp4 actually.. btw i used the defaults not the the ones the sample had, although i tried and it worked with every 320*240 avi format it worked (medium, low and high)

wow.. actually it solved it self... after the...

wow.. actually it solved it self... after the formating i used viDrop (again!) and this time using the preset (again!) it worked... so maybe it can be a help to anyone so uh yea... thanx :)
