Like everyone else, I didn't get a manual. If there is a button/hold reset option it doesn't seem evident.

I was very happy with the unit. I understood it was something a misrepresentation, but I wanted a cheap way to play classic movies while on hikes or while commuting on a ferry. After under a week...
