I found at least two other people with the same problem on other sites. Sure wuold help if these devices came with a decent manual. Mine doesn't even mention video!!
I'll see if I can write one...

BTW the end of the clip has no sound (on windows)

tadad, I am in a similar situation as Delania. Followed the instructions, get a 160*120 12 FPS file which on the Pod fades out after 12 sec (always 12 sec!!). I do not however get any error message...

I am new to this too (lots of us after chriastmas!!)

XUser, I tried your file - size 128x160 rotation 90 12 fps - on my 1.8 " Mp4, but it plays upside down and cuts out after 12 sec...
