I can only comment on the sample video clip that it comes with.
I believe the Glacier supports max 12 FPS. The sample video doesn't look good to me in that in drops frames and at 12FPS the lip...

I didn't mean to make it sound like UXCELL are crooks, but more that they 'appear' to have poor quality control and that their suppliers either have defective stock or they supplied fake products.
