Dead player but don't know what the model / style is??

I have this 16gb player that will only now boot to the welcome screen even after a reset.It does not switch off (unless reset) and doesn't register as a drive on the pc.
I would also like to know...

I have this same problem with the touch...

I have this same problem with the touch screen.What do you mean by hold function? If you mean the LOCK switch on the top of the player,then that's not the problem I have.No matter what firmware...

I have the same problem with a RK 27 2.2...

I have the same problem with a RK 27 2.2 080722.Reflashed with both Ramos970 and M29,and put original firmware back on and tried an I phone look a like but STILL no touch screen.can anyone help??
