Thanks for help me ! but when I follow any steps and update firmware to my mp4 and then it still blue screen . But I still remember the menu so that I press the mune button and then press the play...

How can I know the model of My MP3 ?
I just get this one about 2 weeks ! when I play some songs or I press next song button, the mp3 was restart to menu. that's why I updated the new firmware to my mp3 and now it dead ? and it was 4gb...
