Hello ,

I finally did recover my MP4 player using this package of FWs http://rapidshare.com/files/44547973/GLACIER_FIRMWARE.rar.html .
Thanks to alex2pb, I found his answer in another thread....

perhaps the linked FW may help, it does not work for me. But I think it can work with your device.

I found a hint which type it can be East Sky industries , Type ESV-20F.
Perhaps anyone knows it and can post or upload the FW.
