I have undone the screws and got the two silver cover plates off but I cannot seem to push the inside(hardware) out of the casing....I'm...

Hi ,
I managed to delete some files on my Lisong mp3 8gig player and some of the features dont work.... it still plays music files butt that's about all.
According to the upgarde tool the details...

I'm a total newbee to this forum and to mp3/4 players and have managed to delete some files on my player stated above.
It still boots up and plays music but all other functions dont...
