Try this step from my package , upload full firmware 2 first , after upload firmware 1 upgrad , use RdiskUpdate.exe software v1.0.0.1, if not work use this upgrade firmware...

Restart windows in Failure mode to force install adfu driver if not installed, then it's normal that your mp4 is not visible, just detected :wink: after reboot just start software for...

I have installed ADFUUpdate.inf from MP3 Player Utilities 5.09 and i have same problem, i thing that my mp4 is really dead...

I can't upload any firmware with AdfuUpdate.inf driver , because i have no device found on my computer (usb ghost) , and however the usb port detect the connection device on plug.

I had the same problem with windows xp64, now my ipod clone is detected on windows xp32, but stay on no device found visible on my computer with this driver ...
