i have an mp4 player and it went blank when i tried to upload the music and now it just loads 75% of the way and freezes...we can't restart there is no brand and no one to call so what can i do????

I was uploading music on an Mp4 player and the screen went black and when trying to turn it back on it froze in the middle of loading. We've tried to reset it but it really doesn't work and we can't...
