Just follow the steps. It includes pictures so it's easy to follow. I myself formated my mp4 player many times without any flaws.

Can someone please tell me how to convert a bin&cue movie file into avi or amv. My mp4 player is a 4GB glacier and I want to use at least 90% of the screen.
