Ok, confirmed. I talked to Zipy's technical assistance, and Panda definitely uses an ALi chip, too. By the way, the company isnt Acer: it's really ALi Corp. here's their website...

It's a Micro SD socket!!!

1) Are you sure it's Acer? I think I read somewhere (aha! it was here (http://s1mp3.org/en/docs_hwspecs.php#boardid)) that the ID would be in the green board. Perhaps that is just the device ID, not...

I don't think so... I had tried s1fwx first, it said

no device found

Should I try extractors for all the firmware that is listed in the firmware download section...
