Exclamation Driver Problem 16gig Nano 4th clone

I have an issue with my "OEM MP4 player" 16gig Nano 4th clone as seen in the gallery. I have tried other cables, no luck. Windows xp or vista.
Computer will not recognize what the USB device is. ...
