No i cant accesss the files to the computer, it did not even recognize the player, but i follow a guide in this website to recover a dead player, but i tried a lot of firmwares but none of them work,...

I had never charged this player with the wall charger, now that i plugned it in again into the wall charger it shows a soft blue scree. Can my mp4 be fixed?
