I was told in the description when I bought this, that it was a 4GB memory chip. Why do people do that? There was no disk that came with the player and my computer is unable to download the AMV...

Iam unable to download the AMV comvert tool, it says the page I tried to access does not exist on this server. What gives? Why cant this be easy? Or am I just missing something? Any ideas?

I have been going through this site and found that mine looks identical to the 2nd gen. nano clone. I followed the steps provided and took it apart and found the serial number to be Samsung 737 ...
