I have the same problem with my player in getting that stupid, "The directory or file cannot be created." message!

Hi madbear,

I have a very similar looking player. It says IZOD on the back. Mine is a 4gig and it says it uses 9.1.52 version of firmware. It's currently working though it can be a bit glitchey...
