Hi we have tried all of the above and it still...

Hi we have tried all of the above and it still doesnt work. But i have not tried the part where u tell me to put the file in the root of the player, how would u do that?

FYI everything was working fine like the videos...

FYI everything was working fine like the videos and everything. But now since she did that format thing on mp3 utilities disk tool. only the videos are not detectable by the mp4 but everything else...

MP4 player can't detect MTV files

Hi, i've had a customer who recentely bought one of my mp4 nano look alikes.

Now the problem is that she went to mp3 player disk tool and she clicked start on the format part of the disk tool....
