Thanks guys for your reply. I think im gona ask Keith first what to do ...and if i have to return it or not !!
I dont anything in electronics so i dont know if i should use the dead player recovery...

Hi everyone ,

I bought a Platinum 1.5 inch and while i was on the plane 2 days ago from holiday , the screen got stucked on the hourglass icon too !
I thought for 30 pounds , of course i get...
