My player is not detected any more by Windows XP or Windows Server, so the MP3 Player utilities too can't detect it to upgrade its firmware.

My aim now is to make Windows detect my MP3 player...

Unfortunetely, I don't know what is ADFU so I can't tell you if my player is in AFDU mode or not but may be this message shown in the next picture can help :
