Ok I tried the 3 of them.
#1 and #3 --> blue screen
#2 --> killed the player

All I can remember is that the firmware was initially version 3.2.16, dated somewhere in July or Aug 2005.

I tried almost all firmwares on http://www.s1mp3.org/fr/downloads_fw.php without success....

I have flashed it without any backup... It is dead now...

Does anyone have the firmware for this device (256 Mb version) ?
