So I was able to format in FAT and I will see how it works for a couple of days. That being said I encountered no problems in FAT32 so I will probably reformat again to that as it is a more efficient...

ok well formatting it in FAT32 worked it's only a 1gig drive though hopefully now it will work without problems I'll log back in and let you know later.

Well I tried to format my player with the format usb like you suggested it gave me an error message saying the volume was to big and then it crapped out so I will try formatting in FAT32 and see what...

I will try it and see if I get an error message, if I do I'll reformat in FAT32 see how that works. My harddrive is supposed to be 8gigs, but judging from what I've read in the forum they don't exist.

FAT32 is the only choice I seem to have...

Well I ran the error check and it allowed me to delete the corrupted files, but it still seems my harddrive shows the space as used? Tried defragmenting, but I get this error message. "the scan has...

[solved] I got mp4 player today as a belated birthday gift...while loading files from my computer it froze forcing me to reboot. Now my problem is that while it says all files were copied...
