Hey.

Now my PC recognize my MP4 as a rockusb device, but now always when i conect it, my PC assumes that is a rockusb device and dont recognize as a usb storage device!

And I apply my factory...

Thx Knob. But I can recover my MP4, even if my PC dont recognize them???

I ask this because, as i said before, my PC dont recognize my player as a USB storage device, or as a Rockchip USB device....

Hi everyone.

I have a 2.8'' Touch Screen MP4 player. Yesterday I tried a firmware update, but i choose the wrong firmware here and my player turns to white when in turned on.
