Now new problem. MP3 Player Product Tool 5.11...

Now new problem.
MP3 Player Product Tool 5.11 see my player in ADFU mode, but MP3 Player Utilities 4.15 didnt see it... What is it??? Plus Player Product Tool 5.11 don`t write firmware to player...
