i used the firmware that was given<the> but then is it that long to put a new firmware i mean i started at 3 pm but its still not istalled and its 6 pm now....please help me... im using a beka mp4...

helo, in my case the problem is,,, my mp4 player got stucked in the hourglass screen.... and when i will connect it to the pc, it wont charge so as in the ac charger...what can i do...
