i'll tell exactly what the computer says...1st my mp4 doesn't open,just giving me loading screen the sand time..only...and i tried to plugged it to the computer but it gives me this...
found new...

am sorry but the computer detected it but before showing the harddrive it says that this is something wrong and may not work...and it doesn't work and i can't c the hard drive for my mp4...???

i got a problem with my digital mp4 player with samsung chip..like ipod...and after few weeks i tried to open it but it freezes in loading screen (sand clock) before showing welcome screen...i cant...
