Ah...I'm using the 3.68 one but the picture are so small while the 4.05 is GREAT but my MP4 hang after playing the 4.05 version convertion for 3 seconds. Donno why but the 3.68 version i got cannot...

Well, took me some time to remove the sticker that was stick onto the chip and the number in it was K9F2G08U0M from Samsung... By comparing this to your list it would be 256Mb.
