Still the same problem! I am begining to think that it can't play films.
Is there no such thing on these players like a factory reset function?
is it possiable to load on a new operating system or...

:( I have just downloaded a sample .amv file and loaded it onto my player
128x160-12fps
plays for the same 3to4 seconds then hanges.the player is nonresponsive and i have to turn off at the switch.

I have tried to download one of many of your sample files, but none are found when clicking on download.

The picture just "hangs" and the player becomes...

I have just recieved my first mp3/4 player (ipod nano clone 1GB )from ebay via china.
